Gastrointestinal Procedures


In order to formulate a treatment plan, a diagnosis needs to be established.  Several gastrointestinal procedures are available to assist in making a diagnosis.  After a consultation, Dr. Matt Eidem will perform or order the tests which he feels will be best suited for making a diagnosis.  He will then collect and review the data and determine the best treatment plan.

Dr. Eidem primarily uses three diagnostic endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy procedure, EGD and capsule endoscopy along with several imaging studies and the clinical history to make a diagnosis (use the links below to learn more about the endoscopic procedures which Dr. Eidem performs)
